Aaaaaand we’re back with our second look in this series, and here to please you of course. Makeup Zombie and I are running a collaboration that will last another 5 weeks… Since 2 are already down! Up this week is Chastity vs Lust.
And guess which one I was?? You’ve probably guessed by now…
I have so much fun doing these looks!
Each one is a challenge… Something that sets us out of our bounds, and presses us to come up with looks that doesn’t really fit the “norm” for us. I do have to say, for me… These kind of “darker” looks are easier and more comfortable for me to pull off than their “easy, neutral” counterparts. Me, trying to pull off innocent?! Bah! It can be done though!!
On my eyes:
Urban Decay Primer Potion
Aromaleigh Colors
Rosmarino on inner 1/2 of lid
Plush Romantic on outer 1/2 of lid, and applied under bottom lashes
Velvet Dream in crease, blended upwards to fade
And more added to darken crease
Oops! Color in a pale, sparkly pink
Milani Kohl Eyeliner on waterlines
Velvet Dream patted over black liner on bottom waterline
WnW Black Kohl Eyeliner on top lid, smoked out with a brush
Plush Romantic smudged on over black liner, and tucked under bottom lashes
WnW MegaPlump Mascara
Face:
e.l.f. Concealer/Highlighter wand over blemishes
UDPP under eyes
e.l.f. Complexion Perfection on face
PF: Organics Mineral Foundation in Translucent Fair
PF Illuminating Blush in Vintage Rose
Lip Balm mixed with Velvet Dream to appear as a lip stain
And there you have my look for “Lust”. Do you like it?
I’m so bummed out that Aromaleigh’s going out of business… I’m positively dying over the colors I’ve received… I want more! Gimme more!!!
