Today, we decided to give you something a bit… Darker. Vampish. Smexy.
Yes, there’s something about being a little sexpot that’s just so much fun, and the girls that have the wild makeup are the ones that everyone stares at. Good stares, shocked ones, mouths hanging agape at that very pale gal that just walked by… What!? Up here in the mountains?! Looks like these are rarely seen… And rarer still… Done correctly.
Do not fear- I’ve been fighting my computer all damn evening to try and get these pictures edited. Yep, at roughly the speed of one per freaking hour… I’ve tossed my hands up for the night, before I end up tossing this POS computer off a bridge. I’ve only got 5 pictures right now… But there will be more to come tomorrow/Friday.
On My Face:
Arran Aromatics Moisturizing Cream
Monistat Gel-to-Powder chafe relieving cream used as a face primer (freaking awesome!)
Meow Cosmetics Purr-Fect Puss foundation in Siamese Inquisitive
On My Eyes:
My Beauty Addiction’s Shadow-Poxy Eye Primer
Fyrinnae’s Pixie Epoxy (where black shadow is only)
Purely Pleasures Mineral Eye Shadow in Galaxy II
Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk on lower waterline
Antoinette’s Revolution Cosmetics Mineral Eye Shadow in Guillotine; applied to lower waterline. Also used as accent color on inner corner of eyes, foiled and used as eyeliner on upper lid.
ARC’s Mineral Eye Shadow in Powdered Wigs on brow bone
Nyx Candy Glitter Liner in Hot Candy applied over Guillotine, under lower lash line
Wet ‘n Wild MegaPlump Mascara in Black, 3x coats on top lashes, 1x on bottom
WnW MegaLast Lipstick in 911D
There you have it… For now… Until I get more photos edited, and summarily added :)
Be sure to head on over to Makeup Zombie’s blog to check out her rockin Vamp look today- because you know, we do post on Thursdays! (And yes, part of the reason I’m throwing in the towel on my photos is that it’s nearly midnight! Ha ha ha!!)
Honestly if I had my way, I’d do my makeup like this more often. It’s just… There aren’t many goth people this far up in the woods, and people literally just stare like it’s going out of business. However, on those rare occasions (which I haven’t done in ages) I’ve gone out to the local “club” *trust me, I use that term loosely- it’s a complete dive*, when I do apply my makeup in some sort of gothic fashion and make it dark and dramatic… The skeezballs leave me alone. Which makes me happy!
What do you think?
