The leaves are turning! It’s that time of the year up here in New England, where days are a little chiller than usual, the nights are cold… And the leaves start turning yellow, orange and red. An explosion of color in my backyard- it never fails to awe me every year!
Pumpkins, hayrides, corn mazes, and fairs. Pumpkin Pie, cider donuts, fresh-pressed apple cider, different apple dishes- pork and apples, apple crisp, apple pie, baked apples. I could go on for a while and bore you to death- but I won’t! Autumn is hands down my favorite time of year! This is why I love to do my nails to match the current seasons and trends!
I particularly love this one because a) it’s Autumn themed (duh!) b) the polish really shocked and amazed me with its complex color and c) the gold leaves are the perfect finishing touch!
On my nails:

The raisin with a bronze touch in sunlight R&J really impressed me because I honestly didn’t think the shade would work well with my skin tone at all. And the impressive thing? I snapped these pictures this morning- and you can see I barely have any wear on them! I painted them this past Friday!
What do you think?
